Shipping & Returns
ALL ITEMS CURRENTLY HAVE A FLAT $16-50 DELIVERY CHARGE HOWEVER SOME BULKY HEAVY ITEMS WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES AND ARE MARKED AS SUCH. We send your orders with responsible couriers and Standard Delivery or Express Australia Post depending on which is the most suitable. As pumps vary in size and weight and Australia is a huge delivery area, we include free delivery for some pumps, have a small fee for many others and, in the case of large bulky products like hose, fire pumps and pump covers, we need to add a bit more freight. If your order contains bulky goods, we will contact you before dispatch.
We can arrange delivery to nearly any location in Australia.
Returns
If you need to return something, please call 02 6732 6333 or 1300 661 417 to get a return authority. We will generally refund the purchase price less freight and costs that we incur such as credit card fees or restocking fees on pumps that have not been installed or used and are no longer required. We will not refund if the equipment that you return has been used or installed unless it is found by us to be faulty under warranty terms, so please call before sending anything back.
