This is the Genuine Italian Made Presscontrol, not some asian knockoff that will let you down. This Presscontrol has a 10 Amp rating and a 12 Bar pressure rating, so this Presscontrol will withstand the domestic pressure pump up to 1.5 kW, (if the rating is less than 10 Amps). The way that the Presscontrol works is, when you turn the pump on, the pressure drops to 2.2 Bar or 220 kPa in the pipework, the pump instantly starts and continues to run while the tap or shower is on, when you turn the tap or shower off, the pump continues to run for about 10 seconds, it is making sure that everything is OK.
