Product Description
Introducing our newest line of 12v DC automatic water system pumps. The triplex diaphragm series features models that deliver 2 gpm (7.6 lpm) flow and up to 60 psi (4.2 Bar) of pressure, the 03501-506 does not have the rocker switch, see the 03501-503 if you need a manual on/off switch as well as a pressure switch. Pumps are self-priming and can safely run dry if necessary. Soft noise absorbing mounts reduce annoying background noise while running. Utilizes 3/8" FEMALE bsp threaded inlet and outlet (we supply 2 x 3/8" BSP x 10mm hose tails with each pump) and the built-in pulsation eliminator reduces frequent pressure surges. The following are flows at pressures that we measured in our test area, 5.5 L/min @ 10 psi, 5 L/min @ 20 psi, 4.6 L/min @ 30 psi and, 1.5 L/min @ 40 psi and, the pressure switch shuts the pump off at 60 psi. Suitable for use with many chemicals and agricultural sprays as the diaphragms are Santoprene and the check valves are Viton. This is a good little spray gun supply pump for intermittent use only, please make sure that you match the nozzle on your spray gun or wand to the flow and pressure available. This pump could be used to supply water pressure into a single low flow outlet such as the sink on a caravan or camper trailer, a very small shower with a flow of 5 L/min, a low flow weed spray wand or nozzle or, any small flow rate outlet.

Flojet Pump for Spot Spraying
The Flojet 05301-506 is a small pump used with my 250 litre tank and 20 metre hose. The pump is connected to the 12 volt tractor battery. The whole unit is transported on the tractor carry-all. The 506 pump replaced the 501 and/or 503. It is generally identical with the previous models in size, electrical wiring connections, rubber stabilising connecting base, amps, litres per minute output etc. The one difference is that the 506 does not have an individual on/off switch on the end of the pump unit. Whilst not a necessity, such a switch is handy. Overall, the 506 is quite adequate for the purpose. The 501 which it replaces, lasted me over 7 years of regular use, with only one diaphragm repair.
